Shipping:
We ship Domestic and International. UPS with insurantce and tracking number and the United States Post Office (USPS) Global Express, Express Mail or Priority Mail with insurance. We'll get it there. Nothing is shipped without insurance. (It's always a good idea when a package leaves your hands). Shipping will be paid by the customer.
Tax:
Colorado Sales Tax of 3% will be charged on all shipments to Colorado .
Insurance:
Insurance claims are the customers responsibility. We will help you as much as we can.
Returns:
There will be no returns on amplifiers, effects and instrument parts. Sales are final. Please call to arrange a return. Return shipping and insurance cost is the responsibility of the customer. Original purchase price, minus a 15% restocking charge, will be refunded as soon as the instrument is received in the same condition as it was sent.
